   I love how every discussion of crates.io namesquatting immediately turns to discussion of namespacing, never mind namespacing can't fix namesquatting because namespaces can be namesquatted.

   So people suggest namespaces be tied to domains, and when the tough questions about domain expiration come up their hands start flailing around more and more violently as they spitball non-solutions which have been discussed ad nauseam in every previous thread.
