   we've been through "build with trash because all you have is trash" but what i never see people talking about is the hugboxing in art. i feel like this is worse for transfems. you make something and no one critically evaluates it they just go "yeah! you made something!! good job!! keep staying alive!" it feels infantilizing and i fucking hate it
