My team is hiring a Proposal Coordinator. I can't say it's a great job. I can't say we have a great manager.
But I can say that if you want to become a proposal writer/manager or get into business development, and you don't mind working occasional very long weeks when we're doing finalizations until you can get out of the coordinator role and into a BD position... this ain't too bad a first step? Also, you can work remotely (except maybe during finalizations) and the pay is good!
(Besides, I'm there. And I'm pretty cool.)
LMK if you're interested and I can send you the link to the job listing. (ETA: US only, sorry!)
