Maybe I am weird but I don't think electric kettles should be connected to your WiFi.

clacke (clacke@libranet.de)'s status on Tuesday, 07-Nov-2023 01:17:25 JST clacke @arri I recently looked for a new rice cooker. Anything with a display or with more than one button is out of the question.
I had to grudgingly accept one with unconditional keep-warm functionality. The only way to truly turn it off is at the socket (UK sockets with switches). I'll get a timer socket for it so it doesn't stay on all day.
