   @cadusilva Yeah...the "moderation problems" were what triggered my question. 95%+ of all the trolls/bots I've blocked in the past few weeks are from there. It had me a-wonderin'.

     @cakeisnotalie it's one of the biggest and the flagship instance for newcomers. They get new features before self-hosted servers because the Mastodon developers run the site.

     But it's so big that it suffers from moderation problems from time to time and it kinda go against all the "descentralization" thing, due to its size.

     Is Mastodon {dot} social the main mastodon instance that people who have just heard of Mastodon are likely to join?
