   i’ve always used nemo as my primary file manager despite being an xfce user because it had a bunch of features thunar didn’t have, however it seems like on newer versions of xfce, thunar is actually way better, my main problem with it was no search function which has been fixed, i might give it another try when i eventually upgrade to the latest version of linux mint xfce

     @mjdxp ive been using dolphin on cinnamon for a while.
     
     i was just using kde proper but it crashed one too many times
