   Until I got to the last sentence, I was mystified about what you were trying to achieve.

   I imagined that maybe you were angry at your freezers and were punishing them. Or trying to make them fit into a smaller space so you could dispose of them easier. Or maybe an art project? Or composing music with freezer-based percussion.

     I took the day off work today and just spent the last half hour beating my two small chest freezers with a hammer. Kind of soothing, kind of annoying cause I had to hunch the whole time (I'm tall) and my back was already aching. But finally I know what's in them all the way to the bottom lol, and also the rock solid ice buildup is gooone
