   The Israeli government just introduced a bill that would allow them to shoot protesters with live ammunition.

   It might not have hit home to everybody just yet who the Israeli government are, so let's be clear.

   We're not talking about Palestinian protestors, but Israeli protestors. It's their own people who the Israeli government wants to shoot to kill.

     "The Israeli government is slated to advance new measures that will allow police to use live fire against Israeli citizens who are blocking roads or entrances to towns during a “multi-front war,” the Kan public broadcaster reports.

     Police will only need approval from a senior officer before opening fire under the loosened rules, which has been pushed by far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir."
