   I'm definitely retarded for not thinking about this when I started the instance but it hadn't become necessary until now.
   
   I'm changing Rule 4. from "If you're being an intolerable fag I might ban you, we'll see" to "You must be 18 years or older to use this site."
   
   The original rule was a cowardly catch-all. The new rule is a necessity. I feel bad about this but I'm going to have to retroactively apply it to our recent sign-up before I get sued for TND kahoot hackers funposting in someone's history class.

     @cassidyclown Fair, but you should probably keep the old rule too. There's an epidemic of intolerable fagginess going around the Internet.
