     @khm I got it working reasonably well with pmOS, well enough to probably read some stuff when I have need for an ereader (I usually prefer hardcopies but digital is sometimes better), but I am well aware that basically no one is working on it and its a dead end project and none of these bugs are likely to get fixed

     @drewdevault that one guy's debian build is pretty solid but I can't bring myself to use the device, out in the world, because I know I can't replace it if it physically breaks
