Hurricane #Otis has smashed Acapulco, a city of 1 million with less than 12 hrs warning. The fancy high-rises by the beach and neighbourhoods where ordinary people live are wrecked.

It is thought at least 27 have died in the disaster. Untold thousands more will be homeless and have lost employment from the global heating enhanced catastrophe.
