I made this repair a year ago and I still really dig it, and it's lasted great (though I notice a loose thread in the photo....hrm). Greg's pants look positively boring compared to mine. :D
I really love hand stitching, both the doing of it and how it looks. I often want to patch things long before they fail, just so I can sew!

1. To pairs of legs next to other on a couch. The left pair is solid denim, plain, aching for embellishment. The right pair has a linen circle patched onto an old hole, buttery warm and sunny, nestled in a patch of white stitches. On the right leg there is another visible hole, that shall soon be patched.
