   This is basically equivalent to Bush administration hand waving about WMDs in Iraq. Some "we don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud" level bullshit.

     Jesus fucking christ. Claiming self-defense with no evidence or that this definitely isn't related to Iranian ties to militias in opposition to the IDF... this is not remotely credible. How are targeted air strikes on facilities in a foreign country self-defense?

     Even under the AUMF, what fucking authorization is there for the Biden administration to do this unilaterally?

     I fucking hate it here. Regardless of what the US claims, this is only going to provoke wider regional involvement in a war that is already devastating Palestinians.
