   @Weeble They could probobly have comfortably played it off as a gag at the time, but the subtext was pretty blatant.
   They ever hook up in that live action Riverdale thing? I could never get into it...

     @Weeble I have a soft spot for Betty and Veronica, putting those kinds of lesbian overtones in a comic of that era either took some serious guts, or was just a very amusing accident.
