   A reminder as we wake up to the news of another mass shooting: One party’s members walk around Congress with AR-15 pins on their lapels. They aren’t there to help solve the gun violence crisis. They are there to help enable it.

     @georgetakei There is a more sinister purpose in mind for Republicans. They do not care about endangering the public. The voters supporting them also do not care about endangering the public. The innocent people killed in mass shootings are simply collateral damage.

     @georgetakei it’s so they can build a justification for their planned genocide. Never mind that most mass shooters are white males. They get to say, “only I can protect you, but first we have to get rid of…. “ (Jews, Asians, transgender… whatever marginalized group is the favored victim du jour).

     @georgetakei Because the gun manufacturers bought them out. Why do they care if public schooling is basically gambling with your kid’s life anyway, theirs go to private schools.
