   So, I got a report on my instance, from another instance, reporting a user from a 3rd instance. 🤔

   Nothing to do with me.

   Why am I getting this report, and what am I supposed to do?

   Also, follow on question, is it possible to interact with instance admins over the reporting system? I would like to just ask them what they are expecting me to do.

     @selzero this is new with v4.2.x, that all instances are notified when a user has something to do with the thread.
