   New: NC Republicans just passed a new gerrymander that could flip the state from 7D-7R to as lopsided as 11R-3D. It dooms Reps. Kathy Manning (D) in #NC06, Wiley Nickel (D) in #NC13 and Jeff Jackson (D) in #NC14 and puts Rep. Don Davis (D) in a Toss Up #NC01. #NorthCarolina
