     Use a search engine.
     Go donate to a good cause.
     Check in on a friend.
     If you have the capability to do so and it helps your mental health, take a roll or a walk outside.
     Pick up a hobby you’ve stashed away.
     Read a book.
     Do some accessibility testing on your project.

     Whatever helps you scroll on by.
