   Here's something interesting for Windows and Linux users, a very fast CPU only stable diffusion renderer: https://github.com/rupeshs/fastsdcpu
   
   It uses "latent consistency models", which are kind of distilled SD models that can give you really good results in only like 4 steps of inference instead of the 20 to 30 you usually need.
