   For those of you wanting to see the different Dairy Queen menu in Texas. I was craving pretzel breadsticks, but they didn't have them here. But they had steak fingers, so I didn't go away disappointed.

   I hope that's readable....

     @Mondobizarrro - that's like saying so I like tangerines or mandarins better. In-N-Out is a thousand islands night and Whataburger is a Texas mustard burger. Which is better depends on your tastes.

     @dolari both sound good tbh. They're also cheaper than fiveguys right? Like dont get me wrong fiveguys is good but not 20$ for a fastfood hamburger and fries good

     @Mondobizarrro @dolari honestly the best things at Whataburger are the onion rings and the toast w/ gravy.
     
     haven't had a burger there in over 15 years because vegan but they're good for fast food, though still not like exceptionally great or anything.

     @Mondobizarrro , I prefer Whataburger over everything. Five Guys is good, but not Whataburger or In N Out good.

     Mostly it's just messy.

     @Mondobizarrro - I'm not a fan of thousand islands dressing on burgers so In N Out is pretty far down my list.

     @Cheezebell @Mondobizarrro @dolari the midwest has always been at the top of their game when it comes to fast food tbh.
     
     my grandfather worked at what was basically a proto-fast-food restaurant in illinois as a teen and from what i understand back then they really *were* restaurant-quality.

     @Mondobizarrro @dolari not knocking fast food, just fme a lot of non-texans hear people talking up whataburger and expect like real restaurant-quality burgers and then are disappointed.
     
     whataburger's real claim to fame is a good-sized menu and always being open 24 hours. during the big freeze a few years ago a lot of people didn't realize it was an actual emergency until the whataburgers closed down lol.
