visited the museum of communism in prague and it was fun to see all the anti-communist tropes in one place, like how bad it was that the state built a lot of housing

        Million Programme
The Million Programme (Swedish: Miljonprogrammet) was a large public housing program implemented in Sweden between 1965 and 1974 by the governing Swedish Social Democratic Party to ensure the availability of affordable, high quality housing to all Swedish citizens. The program sought to construct one million new housing dwellings over a ten-year period, which it accomplished. Some of the shittiest and most depressing housing in the world. Have you been to Jena, Germany? You can clearly tell the difference between the GDR and DDR buildings at first glance. At least some of it is still standing, compared to communist China which has literally a dozen city with tofu houses that don’t last more than three years.

You .. your realize communist nations murdered more people than Hitler right? Stalin’s rule lead to the deaths of over 8 million, not including the Ukraine famine. Mao killed even more than that. But I’m sure they weren’t real communism. 🙄

Societies should be based on merit. You don’t get a cookie just because your parents didn’t wear a condom. Envy is the root of all communism.
