   as someone who knows next to nothing about computers the fact that gimp doesnt have a circle tool is astonishing to me. MSpaint has one. cmon guys. kidpix had one.

     gimp does have a circle tool

     you use the ellipse selection tool then hold down 2 keyes to keep the ellipse circular
