iced depresso (icedquinn@blob.cat)'s status on Saturday, 21-Oct-2023 04:21:10 JST iced depresso anyone find it weird that when there was discourse about why the government massacred native Hawaiians we suddenly have to talk about Israel again instead :neocat_thonk: -

iced depresso (icedquinn@blob.cat)'s status on Saturday, 21-Oct-2023 04:24:31 JST iced depresso @malin i just think its interesting that when it came to our own people they literally blocked them from escaping a fire in a cacophony of failures that seems awfully deliberate, somehow couldn't figure out how to make it right, but then have no qualms about writing more blank cheques to some country that isn't us.
i hate this nation :blobcatbox: -

iced depresso (icedquinn@blob.cat)'s status on Saturday, 21-Oct-2023 04:36:39 JST iced depresso @malin there were big fires in hawaii recently where the government stood down and didn't turn the alarms on, sent firemen away, had police blocking the escape roads, and actively blocked americans from doing voluntary aid donations/work, while the government prepped to sell off the land they just burned down to billionaires.
suddenly instead of that we're tall about the jews again :blobcatglare2: -

𝕸𝔞𝔩𝔦𝔫 (malin@dice.camp)'s status on Saturday, 21-Oct-2023 04:36:40 JST 𝕸𝔞𝔩𝔦𝔫 @icedquinn I don't know about what fires you're talking about, but I'm guessing different people do those things, and they're funded according to the expected return, financial or otherwise.
I'm just assuming, as that's almost always the case.
