     I used to give homeless people a couple of bucks and ask them about the weirdest thing they had seen. Multiple of them told me about street lights in a particular area talking to them at night.

     @Tsuki In England there are lampposts that have cameras and the person watching the camera can broadcast a message out loud to it. There used to be funny videos online of people pissing in public and getting jumpscared by the camera operator telling them to stop it.
