     Check against your hours for the previous day, deposit the money. There are 3rd party companies that do this but have to be invited to do so by your employer

     Another fucked up thing is that in 2023, when you can instantly transfer money anywhere on the planet, your employer holds your pay for two weeks. There is no reason at all why you shouldn’t get paid every day
