     @wizardyuuka i think their desperation would've been fine if they didn't hire losers that use memes and recent fads as replacements for charisma to write their email subject lines
     but yea i guess them thinking that mortal kombat is the best fighting game even though it's kinda just riding on the legacy of the first 3 games for all this time is retarded as hell, i as someone who barely plays fighting games can name at least virtua fighter 5, guilty gear and tekken games as better fighting games than mortal kombat

     @lina awful emoticons aside, GOG's emails always seemed very desperate, I'm not sure how their marketing team hasn't died of shame yet, but then again telemarketers probably can't get far without being brazen
     personally, the more insulting part about that particular email that 'one of the best fighting game series' was Mortal Kombat
     and speaking of awful subject lines, it could always be worse
