   Like, I am *actually* sick and tired of this country. The harm inflicted onto me due to living in this country has surely shortened my lifespan. The stress. This constant state of mourning. The gaslighting. The direct abuse, assaults and harrassment. And all of that's not the half of it. This country kills black folks slowly and quickly. I am not even thirty years old yet. I shouldn't be this tired.

     The constant loss of black life has been an intentional feature of the united states since its inception and I am tired of living in a burning house.
