This is an answer - by a Professor of Law at the Washington College of Law, American University, Robert K. Goldman - to any & all who maintain that Israel's siege of Gaza is lawful under international law: it ISN'T! It is, in fact, a flagrant breach of it, & constitutes a war crime, as does its indiscriminate bombing of Gaza. The actions of Hamas are also war crimes. I say again: TWO WRONGS DON'T MAKE A RIGHT!
