It I were to sell a 3D printer, would you want PDF instructions (environment) or spiral bound paper (somewhat more usable for beginners and easier to reference).

Alexandre Oliva (lxo@gnusocial.net)'s status on Monday, 16-Oct-2023 13:29:07 JST Alexandre Oliva FWIW, the other day I home-tested for COVID-19, and the kit claimed to have instructions inside, but there were none to be found. a QR-code was printed on the package, but I didn't have a decoder handy, and I haven't learned how to decode them in my head. a printed URL for a PDF would have worked for me, as long as access to the PDF wasn't denied by ClownFlare. same goes for other manuals; a suitable license to allow on-demand printing by commercial printing services would definitely be a plus (I gave up on printing on paper at home, printers have been too much trouble for my infrequent uses)
