   Was talking to the runner about my enthusiasm for being in this town because I love westerns and once she started asking me questions about what I do for a living she's just like, "You've been all over the world and you're the most excited to be HERE?"

     @GalacticTurtle I've only been abroad once (unless you count Wales) and to me that was super exciting. Friends I was staying with one of them took me by train to the small satellite town his parents lived, for afternoon tea. His mum was wearing a very smart suit. I said how nice she looked, was she doing something fancy later. No, I was told, it was for ME, because a visitor from Scotland was A Big Deal. That had never occurred to me!
