     @realcaseyrollins neutralized is part of modern military speak to dehumanize people and desensitize everyone to the business.
     
     same reason they spent millions of dollars in vietnam trying to figure out the optimal ways to mindfuck regular people in to obeying pointless orders to continue senseless violence.
     
     it turns out most people are not sociopaths and are uninterested in violence without a purpose or an ending, which doesn't really suit the USA and its allies all that well. so they came up with a lot of shit like this (reducing people to "targets" and you "neutralize" them.)
