@mona@Terry Not a lie by the writer here, Reuters constantly uses only tangentially related images when posting articles, it's a style thing. Like you'll see a story about a recent Trump speech and the photo is from a 2016 speech. They title the images properly and don't outright lie in articles (except when one of their employees are jailed).
