     @uis @soapone нашел с чем сравнивать, в отличии от роскомнадзора они реально блочат все что может даже малость идти против их методичек
     а роскомнадзор на отъебись блочит, а потом провайдеры на отъебись этому следуют, рутрекер вроде должен был быть разблочен, но его никто не разблочил до сих пор, при этом википедия и ютуб нарушают законы РФ но доступ к ним открыт
