     Bernie Ecclestone commited serial tax avoidance of over £300 million over 18 years but avoids jail. He agreed a civil settlement of £652,634,836!

     On the other hand, serial shoplifters to be handed mandatory prison sentences.

     One for the rich, one for the poor.
