     remove side seals. they are metal or rubber

     pry open ball cage. some are easy in that you lever folded clip off work around cage and it falls in half.

     if cage is riveted, cut through one or 2 segments and pull off with pliers.

     with cage removed, let balls drop to bottom.

     by any means pull inner and outer and race together and balls fall out.

     that wouldn't help me diagnose my water pump bearing failure...
