   @jovialthunder The fact that this was never an issue to begin with on Twitter and stuff was a lot more open about stuff.

   Rate limits were a design flaw and made people leave there in droves.

   API 1.1 was legit flawless. 2.0 is a broken mess.

     this #twitter rate limit is beyond absurd. by paying them $100/mo, you can ask them for tweets... 15 times every 15 minutes.

     better hope you're caching the hell out of those, because that's simply not a connection you can rely on for a production app that consumes this API

     I'm required to work with the new paid Twitter api for my day job and I hate every second of it
