     @kaia @grillchen check in the developer options of your device. there should be something about randomised mac address in there that will give you a new one for every connection to a network

     @kaia i remember at DB there was a time they literally sent the MAC address over the login portal URL... so u just had to change the URL...
     
     otherwise i think the device needs to be rooted but i might be wrong about that

     @kaia depends on your device and software. I did that on my phone to steal 1st class people's wifi time on german trains when I was a kid.
