   wouldn't it be cool if Star Trek had a trans feminine character who wasn't evil, and trans masculine characters that weren't uwu delicate soft boys who must be protected? like, you know, something that actually doesn't reinforce the transphobic narrative currently dominates the media?

     don't get me wrong, i love the two transmascs who are on disco, and the transfemme whos on snw, but why is it that the transmascs are given these touchy feely soft emo roles and the transfemme is given this man-hungry villain role
