Andre (althieme@bertha.social)'s status on Wednesday, 04-Oct-2023 09:11:19 JST Andre @melissawm it's a complex situation. First we need to identify which aspect of self-care is making you anxious, so we can plan a process of simplification or desensitisation to these aspects. And see how that goes.
Also, which kind of self care are you talking about? Some are overly complicated and an elitist way of setting yourself apart from other people.I'm open to more discussions on it

Ax=b (melissawm@pynews.com.br)'s status on Wednesday, 04-Oct-2023 09:11:20 JST Ax=b Throwing it out there because I don't know how to search for it: how do you deal with having anxiety *about* self-care? As in, thinking about self-care makes me anxious.
Google only gives me tips about using self-care for anxiety and that's less than useful, lol.
