     I know right, honestly, the dudes knight workout sounds like what some crossfitters do for their WOD. I've seen some guys around here run with their pl8 carriers. I wouldn't mind doing it in the winter with a heavy jacket over it lol.

     I utilize a weighted vest which looks similar to a plate carrier.
