Decibels is a simple app for playing audio files, without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Though, if you had any recordings of real bells or real whistles, you could load them into the app and listen back easily. It lets you preview the waveform of the file and navigate around it, adjust your volume and even set a custom playback speed!
