I'd love to see a city builder game where you don't get punished for building a nice, beautiful city instead of a shitty US car-city. 🙃

Daniel Barlow (dan@brvt.telent.net)'s status on Monday, 02-Oct-2023 14:34:13 JST Daniel Barlow @Natanox in the original Sim City you could have a quite successful city with railways between blocks instead of roads. The residents would complain sometimes but they never really seemed to mind much.
They did complain vociferously if you tried to raise tax to any sensible level, though, so I guess they must have been accepting of shitty US healthcare

無 Mu (mu@ni.hil.ist)'s status on Monday, 02-Oct-2023 14:34:14 JST 無 Mu @Natanox There's a part in Sim City for mobile where you can build an eco city, but it still had roads. I didn't even think about that. I guess they should have designed an alternative.
