@gattaca a really great meal/whiskey/wine, friends, nature. Different for all. Best advice is if it’s causing too much stress, drop it (if you can). Focus on what’s left that makes you centered.

So, to be clear from the word go…I’m doing alright. I hope that everyone on here is as well. I do have a question that I’m curious about. What makes you happy? I mean if you really dig down to the core of it what keeps you going? I’ve been looking at ways to reduce stress for the long term and investigating new ways to improve my mood with an eye towards sustained health. Thanks in advance for your input.
