   I fought a werewolf (twice!), single-handedly rescued a dwarf from some magical green goo that was turning him into an unknown beast, uncovered a plot to turn unsuspecting folks into beastly assassins, watched our rogue fail to even steal a utensil, made new friends, earned 1000 gold, rolled my first natural 20, and leveled up!!!

     @sharan The biggest hurdle is certainly having people to play with -- if I didn't have my Thunderbird colleagues, I'd be in the same situation.

     Do you have any board & game shops in your town? Maybe they host weekly events.

     I have a starter pack at home, no knowledge how to set it up and no friends to play with. But I really want to finally learn it.
