   So last week I got an email from a customer asking for a quote. I do the quote send it back, no big deal. Today I get an angry email from them because I sent the quote to their client. turns out the guy CC'd his client in the email to me. without telling me it was his client.

   Who the f*** does that?!

     @Mummabear I always reply all. 90% of the time people in the CC are people who need to be notified of the reply. That's why CC's exist.

     @ned @Mummabear exactly. He could have used bcc but didn’t. He could have also contacted you saying listen when you reply to this…. Didn’t do that either.

     @maxburn @Mummabear I don't know about you, but I don't usually give out the direct contacts of my suppliers to customers. They might decide to bypass the middle man.
