Another agreeable way of eating this Fish is not now practised, is, because they are no Walls used behind them to stew with a little Salt, some Nutmeg, some Cloves whole, a bunch of sweet Herbs, some Spice, to your mind, and put to a Pound; but generally they allow only six Pounds of Salt.
