   Returned my Upgrade Program phone and closed the loan. Took about 5 minutes. All they need to do is scan the serial and IMEI. Came right up on their device, entered my email, got a receipt and left.

     @steveriggins it works great except this year where signing up ahead of time etc did nothing(and I believe 2 years ago, too). I think I’m gonna pay off my Upgrade Program phone and sell it and get off the program.
