     @lohang What is going on with India - is it like "Let's get the most corrupted as possible in order to get ahead of the West or copy the West?" (it may not even be copying but I'm quite sure with external help India might not have Tech'd up so much (internet etc is quite a recent thing there from what I've asked) and somehow want more power / security from it... and I'm not sure what people would do there even if there was uprising...
