     Straw man argument. Communism doesn't argue for the profit of companies to be shared, but rather that workers be the owners of the means of production, thus abolishing profit of a company entirely. There can be no loss in a communist system, as all needs of workers would be fulfilled and successful industry would compensate for failing industry.
