Terry Hendrix II 🏹 (thendrix@social.hendrixgames.com)'s status on Saturday, 23-Sep-2023 01:53:10 JST Terry Hendrix II 🏹 RO filters are easier to install than you might think if you ever did a little plumbing and stone work before. I drilled out everything and installed ours with the new house. I would recommend installing a fitted silicone mat with 1 1/4” high walls “just in case”; but I never had more than a drip or two from a modern unit. If someone bumps the filter enough it will drip until it’s locked back in place.
Also installed one that has its own hot water heater for making coffee, tea, etc. That said it’s not cheap to buy for some budgets.
